Documents Required for E-Permit

Valid government-issued identification documents are mandatory for obtaining the required e-permits before the trip.

Booking & Payment Terms

• Bookings must be made at least one day in advance to allow sufficient time for obtaining necessary permits.
• Full payment for the trip must be made in advance and can be completed in INR, Euro, or US Dollars.
• Permit charges are ₹500 per passenger for Indian nationals and ₹2,500 per passenger for foreign nationals.

Cancellation Terms

• In case of a change in weather conditions prior to the trip, the journey may be rescheduled to the following day, subject to availability.
• If weather conditions are severely unfavorable, the trip will be cancelled and a refund will be processed after deducting permit charges and applicable administrative fees.
• If the customer cancels before the commencement of the trip, permit charges plus 10% of the total trip cost will be deducted.
• If the customer cancels after the trip has commenced, no refund will be applicable under any circumstances.
